The homeowners approached us with a vision for a complete external transformation paired with a refreshed, modern interior in their main living spaces. From the outset, we worked closely with them to ensure every detail reflected both functionality and timeless style.
The renovation encompassed a full-scale external upgrade, including the demolition of all original cladding, roofing, windows, garage doors, soffits, and fascia. Every external element was rebuilt with care and precision, featuring a mix of new plaster, natural cedar, and sleek metal cladding. We installed double-glazed windows and upgraded insulation throughout the roof and exterior walls, delivering not only aesthetic appeal but also improved energy efficiency and comfort.
Inside, the transformation continued with a reconfigured entryway and the addition of a spacious walk-in pantry. By removing load-bearing walls between the kitchen, dining, and lounge, we created an open-plan living space filled with light and flow. New flooring, interior finishes, and expansive decks completed the project, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
