The Roker Street Project was a significant undertaking that began with the management of an EQC on-sold claim. Acting as the central point of communication between the homeowners, EQC, engineers, and subcontractors, Rise Residential ensured transparency and professionalism throughout the process, ultimately providing the groundwork for a successful settlement.
Following this, our team coordinated the full demolition of the existing home, including asbestos surveys and safe removal procedures. From there, we oversaw the complete construction and project management of a stunning new home and decks, working alongside the homeowners’ architect to bring their vision to life.
This project was a true reflection of our values of quality and integrity, and we are proud that it was recognised with a Silver Award at the Master Builders House of the Year Awards. The Roker Street home stands as a testament to both exceptional collaboration and outstanding craftsmanship.
