The Springfield Road Project was a comprehensive renovation delivered in two carefully managed stages, transforming a two-storey home into a modern, light-filled living space.
Stage One focused on essential upgrades, including the complete refurbishment of two bathrooms and a WC. To improve efficiency and comfort, we also retrofitted double glazing to existing windows that were not part of the later replacement works.
Stage Two required a more structural approach. Our team organised the necessary consents before demolishing the existing kitchen, living room, and several internal load-bearing walls on the ground floor. We installed new structural steel beams and posts to create an open-plan layout, alongside the supply and installation of new aluminium joinery. The transformation was completed with new flooring, reconfigured plumbing and electrical systems, fresh plastering and painting, a new gas fire, a contemporary kitchen, and a spacious deck that enhances indoor–outdoor living.
The result is a home that not only functions more seamlessly for modern family life but also reflects quality and attention to detail at every stage of the renovation process.
Inside, the transformation continued with a reconfigured entryway and the addition of a spacious walk-in pantry. By removing load-bearing walls between the kitchen, dining, and lounge, we created an open-plan living space filled with light and flow. New flooring, interior finishes, and expansive decks completed the project, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
