This Coach Way project was a new build in Rolleston, project managed and built by Rise Residential, from the design through to client handover. Coach Way was built to be the perfect family home, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double car garage, and an open plan living area that extends onto the deck.
The build itself reflects a high-quality, low-maintenance home with a light brick veneer exterior paired with cedar cladding, a Colorsteel roof, and black aluminium joinery throughout the home to ensure it is energy efficient. Internally, the layout was designed around the single open-plan kitchen, dining, and living, with a vaulted ceiling, and sliding doors opening directly onto a deck that extends into the backyard. Meanwhile, the ensuite and main bathroom were both finished with fully tiled shower surrounds, floating vanities, and backlit mirrors. This high-quality build was built with families in mind, with lasting features and minimal maintenance.
